Purchasing my Chevy Suburban was good here, however it was the service after purchase that I was extremely disappointed with in Tonkin. Six months after purchasing my vehicle I received a collections notice.  I did not ever receive an invoice from Tonkin so I called them to see why they sent me to collections. After leaving a voicemail and two messages with the receptionist, I never heard back from them to get an explanation of the collections notice. The receptionist told me she was emailing the finance department right away, as well as others at Tonkin so that I could get a follow-up call, she even mentioned that wasn’t “the Tonkin way”...apparently she was wrong.   I have since paid the bill from collections as I didn’t want anything going against my good credit rating, but I just wanted to post this for buyers to be aware. Apparently you may have to pay more after signing your contract, and then they are zero help. It was not my fault they calculated my vehicle price incorrectly, yet I had to pay for it six months after the fact.  I would definitely not recommend this dealership, and will surely not buy a car from them again.

The customer service at any Tonkin dealership is what sets them apart from the rest,  it is simply outstanding!!!

Tim & Ray were very helpful in assisting us with our new Fiat. They even let us try the car for the night before buying it! We are very satisfied, and excited to be driving our new Verde Chiaro urban-runabout around town! Thank you for making car buying easy & fun!

Best customer service I've ever experienced! I had the whole Tonkin Team helping me through out my entire process. Where to start... Ray thank you so much for all of your help. Very personable and helpful, made the test dive for my girlfriend and I very enjoyable as he showed great knowledge of the car and answered all of our questions we had about the car. They even let us try the car for the night before buying to insure that we were positive we wanted to purchase it!  Adam,Pat and Bryce your contributions along with Ray's really made us feel like we were being taken care of and made us feel like V.I.P. valued customers. At the end of the day I have never been so happy with my purchase of a car and want to thank the entire Tonkin Fiat team for all of your hard work in making my and my girlfriends car buying experience one of the best we have ever had!

Everyone at Tonkin Fiat treated me with the utmost respect and service. I showed up 15 min before close and they worked for 3 hours that night to get me the BEST deal! Thank you so much guys for all your help! Go see Will and he will help you out! Love my new Fiat 500 Sport!!!
