Michael is amazing! I had a lot of doubt I would find a car that I actually like with my credit not in the best shape. But Michael did it! I love my car! If you are looking for a car go down to Gage and ask for him. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to buying cars but now I know where to go when I need to car shop.

Very disappointing experience, came for one car and that didn't work out. Left with a newer car for a lot more with a great trade quote on my car but I had to bring it back because the mileage wasn't something my family could contend with. Some misplaced paperwork but pleasant staff. Anthony was amazing especially putting up with my special brand of teasing he was a great dude.  But I ended up with a 2017 with 1/8 the miles for 1k more in Salem.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Jeff and Jeremy for going above and beyond to insure that I had a positive “overall” experience. Your company is only as good as the product you sale and the people whom represent you. With that, those two will make sure your successful. I am very appreciative with the level of care they provided....

While the people here were very nice, I do understand that they are paid to be nice and know that people nowadays do not like pushy sales reps. That being said, my husband bought a 2015 Chevy Cruz from them with 33k on it. Seemed like a great deal. We took it to our mechanic and it has a blown head gasket! It's been under a week and they didn't say a *word* about anything wrong with the head gaskets. Working during the week made us have to miss a day of work to get the inspection (it was originally for a minor tire 'thump'ing noise he heard occasionally) and the mechanic himself told us to just get our money back.

I will change this review to a bit higher if they stand beside their product today when we go to see them. If not, I recommend any dealership that would give you more than *3 DAYS*. They only give you 3 days. People need to work! I'm going to CarMax for my car, since I don't want to deal with shady businesses and will need more than a measly three days to get my car inspected since, like most people, both my husband and I work full-time jobs.

My husband and I came here upon the referral from a close friend who had bought all their cars from here. We came here looking for a specific car we had seen online, the salesman that helped us was amazing he was not your typical "car sales man" he asked us questions about our life and matched us up with a vehicle that worked best for our needs. The atmosphere is friendly, the employees are not pushy at all, they truly care about you and want to make sure you are taken care of. I can definitely recommend to anyone going here is the best.
