I love this place from purchase to service. I bought a brand new car here. It was my second buying experience. The first buying experience was from a different car brand and was like torture. I was not looking forward to going through it again but found an excellent deal on a car I loved at Tonkin. The sales people worked with me and didn't use arm twist tactics. I drove off with the car I wanted at a good price. Later I had to have minor warranty work done. I spoke to another dealership that was closer to me but was not impressed, so I called Tonkin. They were great. They cared about getting it done right. Turning it in was a smooth and fast and they let me use a loaner car at no cost. I'm glad I found Tonkin Wilsonville and will buy from them again when it comes time for another car.

I was so nervous waking into a dealership for the first time. That feeling quickly went away as Jay Palacio and his team of professionals made me feel at home with an easy and simple first time car buyer experience! Who knew paperwork could be fun? With all the laughs and jokes, it was delightful. Being a first time buyer of a vehicle, I had a large amount of questions. All my questions were answered with patience and kindness.  The team made it possible for me to get a safe, reliable 2009 Honda Accord. Jay worked for days before that as well to find the best deal out there for me. You can say that  Jay and his team have my business for life, and I would recommend ANYONE to them! Thank you so very much for the amazing experience and your professionalism!

My transmission was toast and some other needed repairs led me to purchase a new car today. Jay was a tremendous help and made this the easiest, most comfortable car buying experience I’ve ever had. It went smoothly and quickly. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I went to Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan yesterday to buy a new car. We were helped by Jay and he did an outstanding job! He took me for,a test drive that was representative of lots of different driving conditions. He took the time to answer every question we had, and was extremely knowledgeable. He was competent and fun to work with. Ask for Jay!

I had done all my research and found the best deal in the area. Jay stayed late for me to test drive the SUV. Let me know all my options and truly worked for me in the process. Mr. Lopez and Jay found a way to get my negative equity covered up and still get me the SUV I had my eyes on! Thank you for all of your help and for actually caring. Plus added bonus for being quick and efficient and not being given the run around!
