They made and advertising error and the where the sunglasses were woth the clearmce section and when i asked one of the girls thay worked there which she eas vety nice she stated yes those were on clearence when went to the cash register they said the color I wanted was not on clearence so I went to grab another pairs that was there it was also not on clearmce false advertisement I also work in retail and we will do the right thing by the customer if that happens the manager ron or whatever his name is wouldn't budge and also instead of apologizing he was rude and didn't handle the situation well bad experience too bad that I like the store and been shipping there for years oh well

I had the receipt, shoes were untouched and in the box with the sticker and everything on but they refused to take a return stating it is over 90 days (it was 103 days) . When I stated that their website says that return over 90 days will be given store credit they refused it and came up with lame reasons. When I said that the shoes are very much salable condition they offered me a store credit for 1/5th of the price I paid. Never had any bad experience like this with any store. Won't be going to Bloomingdales hereafter. EVER.

Good selection of well-known and designer labels at reasonable prices. The aisles are packed but well-organized and with a good variety of all sizes.

Great customer service. The staff was amazing. Found some great dresses for awesome prices. Not what i expected going in. Definitely recommend.
