staff is always friendly and welcoming! I once adopted a dog named Sheriff from here, he was the sweetest dog in the world. wait time is not very long to be seen and never too busy. quick appointment times usually available. they have water and a Keurig for your pleasure. beautiful fish tanks in the waiting room and a kid's room.

Don't recommend. We've been coming to BRAH for 2 years and their service and staff has been a good experience until yesterday.  We brought our shy Aussie for vaginitis her symptoms were frequent licking and swelling but other than that she was fine.  She walked, ran, caught her ball and frisbee.  We take her into BRAH and see Dr. Wolf.  They shave her and put a antibiotic cream and lidocaine for the pain - which she wasn't showing any of.  10 minutes later they return her to us she's all freaked out and now the next day she doesn't want t walk.  You can tell whatever they put on her was burning because all she wanted to do it lick it to sooth it.  It is very uncomfortable for her to walk so she avoid walking all day today. I brought in a fully functioning happy dog and in 10 minutes got back a broken one that is in pain and sad.  I'm very upset and i can't get a vet to call me back which tells me they don't care for me or my pet so I will be finding a new Vet.

The staff was pleasant and gentle with my 11 year old dog. They have cared for him since he was a puppy.

Very nice staff. They are very good with my dog. They don't make you wait forever either!

They helped us put our kitty to sleep, even though we had never been there before.  They also sent us a beautiful condolence card.    Thanks so for Helping helping us through such a hard time.
