Dr Thomas was really great. She just met Brooklyn my wife and me and unfortunately she had to help us out are baby down. She was great we couldn't of asked for a better place and staff to help us send Brooklyn to her final resting place. Thank you guys

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a vet.  People who call are not a priority.  I watched one tech just keep putting the phone on hold while she did some non-critical chart making.  On two different occasions I requested that the vet call me; she never did.  Thank god it wasn't anything critical the last time I requested a call back; it was just a missing suture...  (that was sarcasm)

One time I called and was on hold for 9 minutes just to ask my question.  Then I was put on hold for another 5 minutes.  It's almost faster to drive down there and ask the question in person.

They are clearly understaffed, and in my opinion, they need a dedicated receptionist so the vet techs don't have to do work they feel is beneath them.

Given the inability of some of the staff members to read the chart to answer my questions, I question whether some of the stuff they did was actually performed.

I don't like how they just take your beloved animal family member away from you to do stuff.  I can't even imagine how stressful that is for the animal.

We have used this place for years. Absolutely love the care they provide. This staff is exceptional!

They are like family to us and always show great care to us and our babies. When we put one of our dogs down they were so sweet and  loving. Will stay with them for as long as possible
