Mercy Pet hospital is amazing! I absolutely love their staff. They were nice and friendly and very kind and caring. They were great and understanding with my pup knowing she was nervous and allowing us to help to calm her. They were very helpful in getting us what we needed and we felt like they really listened and wanted the best for our pet unlike some vets who I have felt was just wanting what was best for their pocket book. We will probably stick with them for sure!

Cost of visit isn't expensive and everyone is friendly there. I would recommend people to to them if they are looking for a reasonable priced vet.

Love this animal clinic!!! I have been taking my animals to them now for about 10 years or so...use to go to the one in Citrus Heights but transferred to Fair Oaks because it was closer. They have a great staff and they adore my pets and treat them as if they were their own. Couldn't ask for more than that right?  Dr. Lennon and Dr. Broaddus are both great vets! They really take the time to explain procedures and you leave there with all the knowledge you need to help with your animals care. Did I mention their office visits are half what others charge?? And you are not compromising your pets care by paying less than other vets! Can not say enough good things about them!

Reasonably priced and the folks seem to really care about your pet. My last visit here was for all the wrong reasons. Lost my best friend but they were helpful and understanding.

DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS LOCATION. I left two messages for the vet after my frail and old pet had been seen within a couple of days needing meds and the vet never called me back. I called again a few days later and I was given the excuse that the technicians got busy and had not gotten a chance to get back to me. Don’t ever go to this location if you love your pet. They simply don’t care about animals and only want your money. Horrible place!!!
