I took my pet into BluePearl because after a year and a half of fighting cancer, you could tell she was giving up. Although my heart broke as I made the decision to put her down, the staff were so comforting and accommodating. It has been a few weeks since I made that hard decision and I just received a card from them in the mail. Each staff member had written a note of encouragement to my family saying things along the lines of, "I am so sorry to hear about Dora. It was clear how much you loved your baby." and "I hope you find peace in the happy memories that you made together". I am overwhelmed with thankfulness for BluePearl and the amazing team that they have.

I came in last week with my daughter with her (our) dog. Our dog was very sick. He couldn't breath and everything was happening so fast. He needed to be hospitalized overnight. Both of us were pretty confused about what was going on after talking with the doctor. But our nurse was absolutely amazing! I can't remember her name but she had red hair and tattoos...
She was so patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain what was wrong with him and what all of the things on the estimate were. The doctor seemed kinda in a hurry and wasn't very personable so if it wasn't for the awesome nurse my review would be a little different. Blue pearl seems to have very knowledgeable and caring staff. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for! Sorry I can't remember your name but thank you so much for all that you do!

They're very nice, respectful, but too high priced. I just left a consultation to get an idea of what was wrong with my pup. I presumed allergies and they gave me a report for all the testing for allergies. So ALL we did was talk! No medicine, no treatments, nothing but talk for 45minutes. $161 to talk! This is a money hungry world we live in and here are people who are trying to do well for their animals while other owners don't even give them flea treatment or leave them tied up during a hurricane. I'm disappointed. 
I understand that you have a business to run but let's not rob people of their money. I think  from previous reviews we can all come to terms with the fact that services are overpriced.

We took our pet great dane here for second and more advanced opinion on radiology results, fearing bone cancer. Staff was great, Dr. Haas was professional, informative and friendly. Higher price than my regular vet, but glad to have the option of a vet that specializes in oncology.

My mother took my chinchilla in when she ripped out her stitches since I am away for college. They did very necessary tests on her (which my regular vet did not even think to do), took time to look at her, and even taught my mother how to hold her properly. According to my mom, the vet was young, bubbly, and very caring. As someone currently in school to be a veterinarian, I could not be happier. Although I have not been there personally, both my mother and I truly appreciate the compassionate care given to my chinchilla.
