Worst experience of my life. I took my cat here because he was was not eating or going to the bathroom. Long story short the vet came out who is very rude to me, rolling her eyes and giving me sarcastic and dumb looks. Long story short she told me that the cat is showing kidney failure and that there is nothing that can be done. I try to explain the cat's medical history and right off the bat the vet disregarded everything I said saying that what I was talking about was impossible. Apparently she doesn't know damn thing. Seeing as I took the cat to different vet who knew what I was talking about. The vet at this Hospital told me that the cat showing kidney failure and there's nothing that can be done. Couple days later I took my cat to different vet who told me that the cat had pneumonia. Now the cat is doing so much better. That's one problem the second problem I had with these guys is that because I was so depressed and so sad that I thought the cat was dying that I wrote out a check for these guys and that I didn't put down the first . Seeing as I didn't have money in the account I ask them not to cash it until the 1st. I didn't think about putting the actual date I wanted and they said they would and not to worry about it. They knew there was no money in my bank account but they cash the check anyways now I have a -250 in my account. I take my other animals here in the past I will never be doing that again. Also these guys are liars a month ago I called him up asking if they have anything to do with the Humane Society seeing as I caught a stray cat. It needed medical help. So I called them and asked them if they were connected to the Humane Society. They said no. Just a couple days ago I called up the Humane Society see if they can help the cat. They said I should release all rights to the cat and take it over to Blue Pearl. Isaid to them, I thought you guys had nothing to do with blue pearl the Humane Society said that's not true. They pick up stray cats from them. The Humane Society also has a recording to contact the Blue Pearl for emergencies. Never bringing any of my pets here. If you want your animal to live and have professional know what they're doing don't come here.

I am so thankful for the veterinarians, technicians, and receptionists at this location. My dog was referred here after having radiographs taken at his primary care vet. He was having severe abdominal pain and we were worried about a possible mass in his abdomen or a foreign body in his GI tract. Dr. Brammer was the veterinarian on staff that night and was so wonderful to both me and Torque. I was an absolute wreck and both Dr and technician Monica were super compassionate. We came back the next day and had an ultrasound performed. Dr. Harris was on that day and was wonderful as well. She went over ultrasound results and made me feel so much better. I was still a crying wreck but felt so much better. I will continue to recommend everyone to bring their pets to this location. Torque is feeling much better today and we are hoping his foreign body continues to pass through without surgery! 💩

I had the best experience with blue pearl. The staff and doctors were amazing. My poor dog had a hip dislocation and we took her there and they made sure to call us and update us with any information or just to call and tell us she was okay. They even sent us pictures of her since she was there for 2 days. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their animals as much as I do.

Every one is so kind. I am Grandma; but when comes to watching my lil Sophia being ill. I am like a bring knew Mom. They have problems in answering my questions or calming my nerves. They r doing a wonderful job.

Not sure way there would be any one star. I had to rush my cat to them on a Saturday night because he was suffering a medical emergency. They did all they could and treated him with first rate care. I look at BluePearl as an emergency hospital for critically ill animals, as they highly trained staff and specialized equipment. And guess what folks, that stuff ain’t cheap. So to all that are whining about high prices, don’t bring your pet to a emergency vet for non emergency reasons. I for one am extremely happy we have this service available in our area. Unfortunately my cat didn’t make it, but the staff did all they could and even went above and beyond. The services they provided would have cost tens of thousands of dollars for a human in a trauma unit, I believe my total bill end up being just over $700. Might seem like a lot in our Walmart price mentality, but I’m a believer in you get what you pay for and I believe I got a good value and my cat received exceptional care.
