I had to take Cuddles here because she was not feeling good.  The staff was very good with Cuddles and with me.  

The only issue that I had was with the vet herself.  She did not come across to me as being a professional.  This could come from the fact that she had her tongue pierced, and it affected her annunciation.  Also, after she gave me Cuddles' diagnoses, she wasn't seen again.  Instead of checking with me, she kept sending in other members of the staff.  If she was sooooo concerned, why didn't she visit me herself?

Again, the staff was great, and I would come back here if I needed emergency veterinary services again.

I came in with my chi Brodie. He had an eye infection. Wonderful staff and place. They were kind and helpful. If ever another emergency comes up i will take him back here without hesitation. Im so glad i got your info from pawfest and held onto the magnet you passed out. Thank you from me and Brodie.

Brought my dog in Saturday, vet took xray of my dogs back. The doctor found nothing wrong. I asked the vet to take a look at my dogs neck. Shortly after I asked that a surgical patient came in. I was told my dog had abdominal pain. No time was taken to find out why my dog had the pain. I was given barely any pain meds for her. We only spoke to the vet once, I doubt my dogs neck was even looked at. We took my dog to our normal vet, and low and behold it was her neck. I feel ripped off for how much money was spent and how little was  done.

Dr.Oswald is one of the best internal specialists ever. He is very nice and gentle to our Lucy. Lucy’s spleen was surgically removed by Dr.Bruns who is also remarkable. We can’t thank enough to these two vets for saving and helping Lucy Nandar.

I brought my dog in to the Emergency Care Center this past weekend and was more than pleased with the service I received. My dog was stung by something out on our walk and broke out in hives. I called and spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful and told me to bring my dog right in. A technician looked at my dog almost immediately and confirmed she was having an allergic reaction. The Dr was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. Everyone I encountered there was nice and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will return if I have any other emergencies with my pets.
