I always feel like I’m welcomed back when I go in for service. They even replace my key fob batteries for me! When I damaged one of my tires beyond repair they worked me in the next day to replace my tires. They explained the differences between several tire options so that I could make an informed decision! I even double checked online and they were right on! 

I don’t bother going to a dealership for any service, I feel confident they can handle any service required.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! I brought in a New Set of wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced today November 8th around 10am!  The front desk guys seemed very nice and professional.  After checking in with the front desk I told them I was concerned because the size of tires I was having mounted was not a normal tire and since the wheels were BRAND NEW! I stated it took me 11 weeks to get them because they are made per order and were specific to the car!! so I was concerned!  He said not to worry! They have a special machine from Europe for this type of wheel and that they would be careful!!  I felt relieved and went on my way.   Around 5:00pm I have not heard from them so I decided to call and see if they were done!  Once again they were very professional! Told them my name and they said “Yup” he has them done!  So I drove in and picked them up!  This was around 5:30!!  They close at 6:00! I gave the wheels a quick look over but since it was dark and was starting to rain I decided to get them home!  I loaded them on to card board to make sure they would stay safe and went on my way!!  Once I got them in my garage! This is where the fun starts!! First!!!! They are directional tires!! Which means “they all go one direction”!!? Well two of the wheels were mounted backwards!!! which means I need to have them broken back down and remounted!!  Then I saw a large nick that ran into a scratch on one of the rear wheels around the lip of the tire!!! Mind you it was no small scratch!!!!! So I spent $140.00 to have two tires mounted wrong!! Plus they scratched the outer lip of a new wheel with zero miles on it!!! I cannot stress how much I would not use these guys!!!!!!!!

Good service and reasonable prices. Seems to be a pretty trustworthy shop. Make an appointment a day or two ahead of time though, they're pretty busy and don't seem to have the garage space for drop in oil changes and such. It ain't zippy lube!

The sorriest excuse for a garage in all North America. They virtually sabotaged my precious Toyota Prius on purpose no less....
Avoid at all possible cost!!!?

Friendly staff, clean inside shop, and speedy service.  Inside there is a coffee pot, cable television, and free Wi-Fi.  The prices are reasonable will be returning and recommending.
