Rick and his staff go over and above what a good full service shop should provide. Their prices are reasonable, the work is of superior quality and their knowledge is exceptional. Sometimes you have to wait longer than other shops but that's because they're packed with customers, which is another good sign. Appointments are available and if I've done that, my vehicle is immediately pulled into the shop when I arrive. They know all 3 of our vehicles and keep meticulous records on what has been done and when. Frequently what I ask for something minor there is no charge. Best shop that I've encountered in my 50+ years of driving and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Rick is the one I usually speak with. AMAZING GUY who pretty much seems to have a photographic memory! I just sat my first name and he knows exactly which case we will be discussing. Last name and he knows both cars in our household! The mechanics are so great! They know my car inside and out before even getting it on a lift! They will check out a question I have on my car free and within half an hour... Usually right away!

There are very few places in Beaufort that I trust to get my car fix. Tuffy is on that list. Trust, quality and affordability seems to be the bedrock of this place. What's even more great is the transparency. And if they do mess up, I never feel like I can't talk to them about it to get it resolved. THAT alone makes this place worth coming back to.

This shop is amazing Rick has multiple times proven that they are the best in the area. Cheap but quality auto work and will always be willing to solve you automotive problems and if they can't they will recommend another great shop to get the job done quickly. Thanks Tuffy for the help with my vehicles.
