Update: has cockroaches. Saw them in the room the last night and in the garage. Ruined the entire weekend. For the money I spent.. I won't be back. Good location. Size of room is good. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean and fully stocked. Only problem is the bathroom door doesn't close smoothly

Finding the BLVD is easy. Parking was a bit limited (double park and leave the key with the desk, but it wasn't crowded when the night I stayed so we didn't have to). The receptionists were nice and helpful with information about the area. Everything was pretty clean but the air was a bit muggy from the heat. AC is a little slow to kick in. There is a pool tucked away in the back of the parking lot but it was locked when we checked mid day. Overall not the fanciest place but it has a good price, it's clean, and in a very convenient location.

The Blvd hotel was really nice and comfortable. Parking was a little expensive considering how much I paid for the room. I got a AAA discount but the room was still a little pricey. Personally I liked how close it was to the theme park so I decided to pay the extra money not to have to drive to far. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Great place to stay just a short walk from Universal Studios Las Angeles! What a great place to stay! We were in town visiting Universal and stayed at BLVD. Very clean and neat hotel. Loved the decorating. The staff were really friendly and the parking is secure.

The location is about a 7 minute drive to Universal Studios Hollywood which makes it super convenient. The front desk is super helpful and friendly and will gladly explain anything regarding the hotel, parking, and attractions nearby. The rooms are rather clean but some parts are noticeably chipping or popping off. The indoor pool was closed and is located in a separate building besides the lot. It looked like a pool with 11 ft and 14 ft deep sides. The parking lot offers double and single parking and is under surveillance, so your car will be rather safe. The price for parking is $24 a night. The fitness center is on the second floor with a nice night view and has 3 basic workout machines. Thr spa is a small room on the second floor and is by appointment only. The lounge is hip and is a great place to relax and grab some drinks if you don't want to be cooped up in your room. It's a rather small hotel but overall is a great place if you are temporarily staying for a night to go to Universal Studios. I wish that they had a directory and also that the stair doors would open from the outside using our key cards.
