All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and super helpful. I truly felt like a welcomed guest at this hotel. The location is very convenient to the park and they have a shuttle that takes you up to the park. The views are great and the rooms are well appointed. The mini shower loofah was a nice item to provide! I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Hotel was nice enough. Location was good for our purpose. We came back and our room wasn't yet cleaned, as she was right next door. No worries, we changed and went to the pool. 2.5 hours later as we returned to our room. As we walked past, the cleaning lady who was standing in the hallway chatting with another staff member, said, "Sorry, I forgot to clean your room." Pardon? She repeated that she totally forgot to clean our room. When we had to get coffee from the front desk, and passed on what happened, they said that they would pass on the info to management but basically shrugged it off. Paid over $225/night and in 3 nights never got our room serviced.

Our room was clean and quiet. Nice view. Great location. The service was great as well. The parking was ok and the elevator was the only negative thing I can say about this place & I was not too happy with the guy who helps getting tickets. He was not very friendly.

Planned a trip weeks in advance with our Child with Autism and when we were driving in gave one last call to confirm our reservation. They over booked and we had to find another hotel night one. They promised to fix night two and didn't. We paid with points and even though they couldn't fulfill the points we're not reimbursed. They made a comment to the effect that "as a military family maybe we didn't know how high end hotels worked and we were just points not like we were losing money." I have never left a review but after weeks of trying to fix this they have not done anything other than offer a free room upgrade on our next visit. Then emailed thanking us for our feedback.

The rooms are nicely renovated with modern finishes. The room they had me on had no view because it was on the terrace level. The location is great if you are going to universal studios and it's also walking distance to the metro. My only significant complaint was that the water pressure for the sink and shower were very low.
