Long lines and awful service.  Had to visit the branch four times before they resolved a problem with my account.  Switched to the Alterna Credit Union (bank) in York Lanes and couldn't be happier with the service - friendly staff and no lines!

Exceptional service. I love going to this location and staff are so knowledgeable and professional that they make your experience even better. I was there just for a few small banking works and they did my work in nick of time. Shout out to 'MAY' that was very friendly and helpful.
