Busy location but good turnaround time.

Im not a fan of BMO usurious fees but I have to give the employees of this particular bank branch (Yorkgate Mall) a 5-star rating because of their helpfulness and they seem to care when I have problems.  Very accommodating and caring employees the ones at the frontline.

They​ never have enough people working . Lines are always super long . There's never have any consideration . Hate  bmo

Only 3 CSR's working with a line of over 15 people. Took 31 minutes to make a deposit to a business account. Business services rep was on his "15-minute break" all that time... I'm switching to TD
