Stunning! I had amazing experience at Silver Star auto group. I bought there BMW and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Bob was very helpful. He told me lots interesting and useful things about me car. Delivery service was also very good. My car arrived in time and its condition even better than it was described on website. Very happy with it.

It could be better. I didn’t like customer service. And I didn’t enjoy my car buying experience. I made an offer in the morning and I was waiting for response within one day! Finally I called them, and since then all came faster. I got good monthly payment, and my vehicle was delivered almost on time. Car has good enough condition but on the website it looked better.

Satisfied. Thom is great salesman! He knows his stuff and great guy! Helped me find a reliable car for work and play. He got me a great deal and car is still under warranty. Yes there were several minor issues but right now I don't want to remember about it. Overall it was great experience, anyone looking for a good salesman, find that in Mr. Thom. Thank you!

Amazing! It was amazing experience! I loved being able to go online, choose the vehicles I was interested in. I found per-owned Mercedes-Benz, fill out the credit form and received a call from Thom, our salesman. Within 20 minutes of filling out the form to schedule a test drive. It saves the pressure of going directly to the dealer and being pressured into something that I didn't want! This process was wonderful and we spent a total of about 1,5 hour at the dealership! I would recommend online shopping for anyone and Thom was extremely helpful! Thanks!!

Extremely easy to work with. Used Silver Star to buy a Audi. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Customer service was amazing, everyone was super knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! It was great to work with Thom. This guy really knows what he does. I love my new car. This is a great company to do business with. Will come back.
