Love my Toyota Rav 4 but the employees made me feel as if they were doing me a favor in selling it to me. My sales person told me I would have free service; such as oil changes for 1 year. The financial man was annoyed I was able to get my own financing at a lower rate and told me no free service on a CPO vehicle. When picking up my registration and plates they just told to go to cashier and get your plates, without actually showing me where to go. Not well trained or mannered staff.

REVISED: The general manger has reached out to me and was able to rectify the situation, as well as, reimburse me for costs spent because of their neglect. There was also an admission of guilt when it comes to their poor customer service and has spoke with his staff and they are being retrained. The manager handled the situation to my standards. I hope his team is willing to improve, as well. I will bump my review up to 2 stars. PREVIOUS REVIEW:This place is full of liars. I am surprised they are still in business. They sell cars saying they are "certified" , but when they inspect them, they do a half ass job. Our breaks were installed improperly making the car dangerous to drive. We didn't know we were were driving a death trap until we went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and the mechanic showed us how the breaks were not installed properly. When we brought this to the attention of Paul Miller, they ignored/gave us the run-around for a month. When we finally got in contact with Luis, the sales manager, he blamed us and Jiffy Lube and said we lied. You don't have a car for 6 months and need new breaks, especially if it is certified. The customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. For your safety, please go elsewhere. This could have ended tragically had we not gotten an oil change.

Went there to look at a specific car, but ended up not being what i was wanted. I was about to leave but they wanted to show me a similar car which was a 2011 Camry XLE. It was a little more expensive than my budget allowed, but it seemed like just the car I needed. We ended up making a deal in my range but I was still a little skeptical. I wanted to have my mechanic look at it before committing. The sales rep Danny (who was helping me the whole time) Came in extra early the next morning and drove the car to my mechanic in Maywood to have it checked out. Everything looked good so we went back to the dealership and finalized everything. Car has been perfect since, Very happy!

Great dealership. The usual aggressive sales approach except for Stanley. I will definitely buy a new car from them in 2018.

I had a great experience at this dealer. I found it was not a high pressure dealer. The salesperson was a great guy (Chris Zak) , I enjoyed my stay there. I normally hate buying cars. Once I made the deal here I was in and out. The finance guy was fast and efficient. The truth is, I was so happy that I bought another car there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
