Story

In 1952, Dominick Tozzo opened his first dealership: a used car dealership in Bloomfield, NJ. Twenty years later, he expanded and opened Lynnes Nissan. And later, Lynnes Subaru was born at the same Essex County location.

Today, Lynnes Subaru is one of the most successful import car dealership and service and parts facilities in New Jersey thanks to our commitment to and excellence in customer service. I leased an Impreza from this dealership. The process was very simple and easy. The salesman I dealt with was very professional and went the extra mile with customer service even after the deal was completed. I would highly recommend asking for Anthony Ruiz if you go there.

Let me start off by saying this isn't my first time purchasing a vehicle, but buying it from this place was one heck of an experience. Customer service was wonderful, thanks to the sale personal Alex. But before I continue to talk about him let's say I'm a very tough and difficult person to deal with. I like to negotiate everything all the way down to the penny. What I liked the most was that he wasn't pushy but, he sure was consistent he made sure the numbers that I was looking for were met. There are still a few thing that would need to changed but compared to other places and headache that I have given other sale personal he sure held his ground. Overall great place..

I am just commenting on the shop. I worked with Shawn, who was absolutely wonderful! I did not feel hustled or taken advantage of, which has been my experience at other auto-shops. I have decided to drive all of the way from NYC to NJ just to work with them!

Hands down worst experience I have ever encountered. Watch out for the Bait and Switch with this dealership. I personally would never go back here. Lynnes was one of the last dealerships that my girlfriend and I went to and gave us what seemed to be a pretty reasonable price (until Morristown Subaru beat them). Radomir gave her a price for a Subaru Impreza Premium JDD package #15 for $308 per month, $1795 taxes and fees, $0 security ($265 for the lease + $43 for her current lease payments) and sent her on her way. I started my experience with Lynnes' online sales team. After a few days of talking back and forth with the internet sales team, they made it seem as if the price we were looking to spend for this specific car was absolutely doable. Pushing me to go to the store to talk to Radomir and his manager. I did just as requested only to find out that the original price my girlfriend was given was not going to be honored, and neither was the lower price the internet sales team claimed would be doable. The new price was $11 higher per month. So not only did they waste my time, but proceeded to lie to me and tell me that he never gave the original price that my girlfriend told me he gave her, even though it was clearly written on Radomir's notes with the calculation of how he came to that number. I was not happy about any of this and began arguing with him. He insisted that he never gave the number that he had written down. Which at that point was he not only lying, but he was calling my girlfriend a liar as well. Unbelievable how unprofessional Radomir was. The sales manager, Steeve Eveillard, carried himself very well during this process. He was very professional under the circumstances and tried to provide a solution. With an employee like Radomir that just was not possible.

The sales staff has no product knowledge, the salesman was very rude. & went out of his way to argue with us. This was the quickest time I ever spent in a dealership.
