A great car with great service.  Came in for my 1st 6 month/6k mile check, the new facility is amazing.  Huge with a lot of room to display the inventory.  The lounge area is large and comfy (with beverages).  Of all the dealerships I dealt with over the years, Subaru of Las Vegas is the best.  They go the extra mile to assure things are in order.  From the appointment and reminders, to follow-up for feedback they are prompt and friendly.  And I think their kind and friendly behavior carries over to the customers.  A pleasure to do business with.

I am from Salt Lake, but I stopped by to get my oil change while on a road trip. This place is incredible. Customer Service is everything you would ever want, the sweetest lady, who was mopping the floor around the coffee and drink area, was so friendly and helpful in showing me all they have to eat and drink. The seating of the place is perfectly designed, nice and open. Really leaving this review because I am blown away at how kind and genuine everyone is here and of course, top level service. Thanks!

Mark D and Geo were both great to work with. They both were able to answer all of our questions. I am very impressed with their product knowledge. They were both very professional and polite. We drove a few different models and chose a slightly used 2017. At no time did either Mark or Geo pressure us to purchase something that we were not interested in. Cristi in finance was excellent as well. We were presented with all of our finance options and warranty/product choices and again were not pressured to buy something we were not interested in. I would highly recommend Subaru of Las Vegas to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru.

New place is larger. Very nice and comfortable with a snack bar, dog treats, and kids corner. Staff is friendly and super nice. Still dealership prices for car services, but not bad compared to other brands. Wait for the Enterprise loaner vehicle was about 45 minutes though. Not Subaru's fault.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Every person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. I personally was in a bad trade in so I knew where my numbers were and I told my salesman exactly what I could afford and he made it possible. I am giving this 4 stars because I have yet to experience anything with the service department so I don't have a opinion on that just yet however I did notice anyone sitting in the waiting area which was a very nice space was gone way before I left the dealer. This was the fastest in and out I have ever experienced and didn't waste a full day there, by the time I was ready for them to run my information I was approved and signed within 2 and a half hours. The longest time I spend was going through all the amazing gadgets before I was sent on my way. My salesman was Gabriel and his awesome trainee, they were so great and even swapped all my belonging from my trade in to my new car. Prior to coming into Subaru I spoke with Andrew via email daily, he never made me feel pressured and answered every single one of my questions. Ezra the sales manager was great as well, he took the time to talk to me about a few things with my trade and gave me the thumbs up on my approval. Super happy with my deal not only did I leave with the perfect vehicle I also left with helpful knowledge that they didn't need to go out of there way for. I look forward to working with a dealership that cares about there customers! Thanks everyone!
