Came in recently with my 2012 Chevy Traverse for a quick lube oil change. I arrived around 8:45am in the morning and the person who helped me told me there was no one ahead of me and that my vehicle would be done in an hour and thirty minutes. When my Traverse was finished with its service, the time was 11:50am! I ended up being late for work and the fee for a simple oil change without tire rotation ended up costing me about $63.00! The only reason for the two stars is that the staff seemed somewhat friendly. If this is how long it takes for a simple oil change and Findlay Chevrolet charges over $60 dollars for a quick lube, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for service at this location.

I have been coming to this dealership since I moved to Las Vegas a few years ago... No other place can compete with the friendliness of this staff. I had to take my car here about a week ago and Danny who helped me was great. He was very informative and always made sure I had a ride to and from the dealership when I had to leave my car. 

I also want to mention the shuttle driver I had (Don't remember his name; Older gentleman; The one who beat the kid in a running race XD) He was amazing and made the shuttle ride home enjoyable with his awesome stories. 

I do believe some of the services you get from here you might be able to find cheaper at a different place, but I think it's worth paying a little more for *quality* and *friendly* service =)

We were traveling through from out of state when our oil pressure suddenly dropped to zero. Findlay's was nearby so we dropped in. They were very accommodating & worked us into their schedule. They were very clear in explaining the charges, and were able to have our truck fixed by the end of the day. All of the staff were courteous and professional.

Findlay Chevrolet was awesome! Joshua Stackhouse took our needs and wants seriously and helped us get the best deal. I truly thank him for all the time and effort he spent on us. My husband and I are happy with our purchase. We will return and ask for Joshua when we are ready for our next car!

We bought the all-electric Chevy Bolt at Findlay Chevrolet after test driving both the Volt and the Bolt as well as a Tesla at a nearby Tesla Dealer. Findlay was friendly and applied no pressure. The whole process went smoothly and contacting them with questions was always quick and easy.
They were able to get the car and color of my choice delivered to the dealership in just a couple of hours!!
