The people at Monrovia BMW, namely, Neil, and the Manager, and the financial consultant,  and the "Smart" guy who helped me learn about the car we're extremely helpful,  kind, patient and made buying a car a very positive experience. As a woman buying a car alone the experience can be intimidating and scary but the guys made me feel comfortable and treated me with utmost respect answering all my questions and patiently walked me through the buying and financing process.  Not to forget the online people who  got me an appointment and answered my questions and concerns with lighting speed! Seriously,  they were amazing!  So, all in all, the buying experience I had was amazing,  and I couldn't be happier with my experience and the purchase of my beautiful BMW! Also the "No haggling" policy and knowing the selling price up front  also makes the experience less stressful for all parties involved. By the way, this is my third BMW  and they were all purchased at different locations,  but the best experience that I've had has been at BMW MONROVIA!  THANKS GUYS!

Our experience was beyond stellar. My wife and I purchased a 2017 X3 that had every option that BMW offers including heated seats and we live in the desert - go figure! After 2 weeks of sharing the car, my wife told me that she wanted a BMW of her own. So . . . back to the dealership and we are now our garage has two new BMW's from Monrovia BMW. The people are awesome, the process was pain-free and we can't imagine buying from any people. Sean, Toufie, George, Ray and the list goes on, made us feel like we were "members of their families". Thanks for everything, Gentlemen!

I have been going to your service and purchasing/leasing  BMW cars for the almost 30 years and I feel this time services are much better than the last a few years.  In the beginning years ago I was offered with loaner anytime I had to bring the car in for the service and lately it takes a long time to get a loaner during the service time. I feel you are getting better with services you provide.

Two words that made my last servicing an awesome experience:  KEITH MARSHALL!  He is indeed a great addition to the Monrovia BMW team.  Everything went smoothly from start to finish.  Keith is on top of it...he gives you updates and he keeps you in the loop.  He addresses all of my concerns and is very helpful.  It is really nice to work with someone who has such a great attitude and so willingly to help.  Keith definitely deserves the maximum STARS!

Three stars for a BMW (my favorite vehicle brand) dealership with a vast selection of vehicle inventory. Unfortunately, that is as far as the kudos go. The Hispanic gentleman, my family and I dealt with was a cocky and outspoken individual...with little regard for new customers. 

After being shown several vehicles, two "existing customers" showed up (as he stated) and were quickly sat in an office whilst our family stood in the lobby with a check in our hand. 

After 45 minutes of waiting for the individual to emerge, we decided to purchase a Q7 from Beverly Hills. We hope he made a luscious sale that day. My family and I went in looking for a new X5 (not an X-treatment).
