I bought a 2015 Yukon Denali that was there as a trade in. They were great! Everyone was so nice until I started having problems. There has been about $1500 worth of work that needed to be done within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle. Graciously, they took care of a few of those things because I went back just a couple of days after the purchase! The first time I brought my car back, they drove it to Athens Jimmy Smith GMC since they are owned by the same. When I picked my car up there were new scratches on my front bumper, I voiced this, and nothing was done. Well, the 3rd time I took my car to be worked on I picked it up and my AC no longer worked and the condenser needed replacing. Note: I've had this car for 3 weeks at this point. Well thank goodness I purchased an extended warranty because they said no to fixing the car. They were completely fine with sending me home in the middle of August, with 3 kids, and no AC after spending $51k with them!! In my opinion they do not inspect trade in vehicles to the degree that they should be. I've never had a worse car buying experience. I just picked up my car today after thy fixed my AC, that I paid for, and a $10 bill that was in my center console is gone. They do warm to remove all valuable items, so this was my fault- just warning others of my experience.

Best care, best customer service of any auto place I've ever been. They always treat me like a person--not a number. Danny is awesome. Saved me money several times.

Terrible experience. There are to many things to list but a few are...car wasn't ready when I was told (1pm), it was 3 HOURS past the time I was told it would be done(4pm). Do NOT buy Zurich shield from them! They will put you off for any repairs, they are scammers! I was never asked which type of oil I wanted so they put basic in when I wanted synthetic. Matt told me he had the cleaning people "basically detail" my car as a "courtesy " for not honoring Zurich shield and my car was NOT cleaned in any way...no wiping, no vacuuming, nothing. He lied. Do not trust this dealership. My next Infiniti will come from somewhere else.

Needed an oil change. Waited for my car in the wait area. I wasn't there long. I also appreciate that they have Alabama A&M represented, hanging there with other colleges on their 'college sports' wall. That is much appreciated. Even though I don't live in Huntsville, b/c of the customer service I received and AAMU representation, I will be back.

Loved doing business here!  Maurice in Sales is professional, courteous, & has a no pressure approach.  Everyone in the dealership was very friendly. A+
