Everyone was so patient and polite. We bought my car here and they really broke down the contract for us so we could understand everything. We loved the experience so much that we can back here 6 months later to buy my husband's car. They gave us great trade in values, great deals, and an overall great experience.

I paid $800 to do a 75,000 miles car service, the agent told me my battery is leaking when I pick up my car. He said I need to paid extra to replace the battery, I told him that's impossible because I just changed the battery with AAA insurance roadside service 3 days ago. But the agent insisted that the battery is leaking, he didn't tell me where and how the battery leaking. He neglected me after I told him I refuse to paid for the battery. After I went home I called AAA, they sent the roadside service technician to me and check the battery carefully, you know what? The battery is totally perfect. The Chevrolet service believe my battery is leaking because the connector has some acid from the old one. They ask me to buy a new battery without checking it with voltage detection machine, or even cleaning the connector! What the FXXX, I mean, I paid $800 for the service and you give me this? Really?

They take way too long to do an oil change. I was originally quoted 30-40 minutes on the phone by the person who set up my appointment. I had an 8am, one of the first appointments so I was assured a quick completion time. When I arrived, nobody was able to check me in until 810am. Didn't receive my car until 9:30am, so it took nearly 1.5 hours. Additionally, the customer who checked in after me had their car serviced before mine. I don't know what's going on with their service department but I will never use them again.

They lied about being able to sell me engine cleaner even thought they had it just so I have to bring my car in and pay them to do it for me. I called every other GM dealership and they said they would sell me the cleaner. When I called back to talk to the sales department about it they hung up on me.

Sierra Chevrolet Service Department is highly recommended. Mr. Jeff always gave us updates and fixed all my car problems. Thank you for the awesome service
