I've wanted a Subaru WRX since I was a kid; it has always been my dream car. Sierra Subaru of Monrovia made it easy for me to make this a reality. They patiently waited with me until I was ready to commit, and we're extremely reasonable and supportive in helping me get the right price for my dream car.

Staff is very supportive and understanding. They cared and still care for all my needs. I'm very happy and finally got my dream car, thanks to them.

No parking!  Stood around in showroom for 10 minutes while a party was going on and two sales people sat at desks looking at me. Asked for salesperson I had been talking to on internet. "He's busy". Happened to show up shortly after new salesperson took over who couldn't even find keys to a car. He was very positive and pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. Walked away wishing a trainee was better trained by his or her manager. Not impressed by dealership. Is service  department trained the same way?.

Fantastic experience!  The paperwork/approval process was hassle free and super quick.  I love my orange crosstrek!

My sibling drove from northern California to this dealership to purchase a car they offered at a good price over the phone. However, upon reaching this dealership and test driving said offered car, the salesman asked us to fill out a credit report. We then applied for the credit check, and then the salesman talked to his manager, Brian, and the manager informed us that said 2011 Forester was already sold by another salesman. (Which both the manager and salesman failed to inform us as we were test driving the vehicle.) Needless to say, he offered us another more expensive option, the 2012 Forester for $800 more than our original price for 2011 with the addition of a bluetooth kit and a "popular" package with a compass + rearview mirror dimmer. "This is a stupid deal" was the exact words this manager told us. This underhanded trick shows that this dealership would waste your time. If you have anything to do with this dealership, make sure that your salesman's manager is not named Brian Hanks.

I found my car online and decided to go test drive it after work. Cynthia was my salesperson. She was extremely knowledgeable of all of the car's features. After taking it on the freeway, I was eager to see if I could make the deal. After five days of research and deliberation, I decided to pull the trigger an hour before closing time. Both Cynthia and Rudy worked with me to give me a great price with a great rate. I also have to thank Mike, the finance officer, for his quick and efficient service. 
Thank you Sierra Subaru! 
You guys were so great!
