Was happy to come here in the past, but after this experience I will have to look else where. Came in due to check engine light. It was a sensor for pressure on the gas tank. It was just a lose connection. I was told they would still have to charge an hour labor even though it was a simple fix. It amounted to $132 for one hour labor! They didn't even try to use my extended warranty for it.  Would that take too much time?

Wanted to look to possibly trade in car an maybe do a lease. Spoke to a salesman  Steve Trevino. He was very knowledgeable an understanding. Gave me some good insight on selling my car privately that way I don't come out of pocket an I can make more selling car privately. Defiantly gonna come back here an do business with Steve. Not like all those other salesman that pressure you. He listens to you an puts a game plan together an puts you first not his pocket. Thanks Steve.

Wait times for a simple oil change outrageous. Now I get why people use Jiffy Lube. Dealerships need to wake up. They get money from services. We all need service from time to time.

I normally do not like going to car dealerships because the are all so pushy and eager for a sale. I have to say that when my husband and I went to Sierra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Monrovia it was nice. We were met by Steve Trevino who took the time to listen to what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. He was very friendly, welcoming and did not try to push us into something we did not want. My husband and I are still looking but may end up going back just because of how wonderful we were treated. Anyone looking for  a car go to Sierra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ask for Steve Trevino, you will not regret it.

Had an appointment at 8 for already known issue (3 hour job)... took them 2 hours to figure out how to apply my Canadian Warranty... Then 1 hour to confirm the already known issue. Not really helpful in finding solution to accommodate my particular traveller situation (Wanted to keep it few days and non flexible pickup times). Had to leave with an unfixed car. They overbook so they cannot actually do the job when they are supposed to. Worst dealership experience ever.
