Wonderful BMW Dealer and Staff

Karen did an outstanding job working with us on the purchase of the new BMW. We were able to meet, discuss, details and walk out with the keys on the same day. I was able to reach out beforehand and schedule time with her. When I was running late for the initial appointment, Karen made sure that when I arrived, everything was in place to test-drive the car. She has a wealth of knowledge about BMW and was able to answer all our questions on the spot. Thank you, Karen, for the time you spent with us during the purchasing process as well as the follow-ups after purchase! Overall wonderful experience with Karen and BMW of Silver Spring.

Met my son at the BMW of Silver Springs.  Karen was fantastic.  She spent time explaining everything and made my son's purchase go smoothly.  What a pleasant car buying experience!!  She had everything completed and ready to go so my son could leave that day with his new car. I would highly recommend the BMW dealer of Silver Springs and make sure you ask for Karen!!

I recently visited BMW of Silver Spring for regular maintenance. I was able to call in and schedule an appointment and upon my arrival did not have to wait more than a minute to be seen. RACHEL RHEA has been my service advisor for years and is the reason I come to this location. She is always warm and welcoming. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and her experience will get you in and out with exceptional service. She ensures I thoroughly understand the process and updates me via text. I will be returning here for my next service or any issues that may arise with my car. Thank You Rachel!

My Experience at BMW Silver Spring was awesome as always. Melvin Baliao is my service advisor.  He is professional courtesy and a pleasant to work with.  Today my car would not start and although I did not have an appointment I was seen quickly and was able to drop my car off with ease.  Melvin always returns my calls and keeps me updated with what's going on with my car.  As we all know when your car breaks down your stress level tends to go up, when you receive outstanding customer service it makes a huge difference in lowering your stress.  Please let Melvin know he is great! thanks!

Drove down from NJ to meet my son interested in a Certified Pre-owned BMW. I meet with Karen before he arrived and having no experience with BMWs she explained the difference between the cars we we interested in. She has been with BMW for over 17 years and is very knowledgeable. After meeting with her I felt very comfortable about his choice and we immediately purchased the car. The price was great and trade in value for my son's car was reasonable. No stress or pressure to buy the car  or purchase any of the  additional options (maintenance, tire hazard plan, extended warranty). Each option was clearly explained so we can make the right decision. The only stress we experienced was cleaning out his old car in the parking lot. Overall a pleasurable experience and I would personally consider driving down from NJ to purchase a BMW from Karen and the dealership, especially since they can title the car in any state. Karen even took a few minutes to pair my son's phone to his new car before he left the dealership.That is great service!
