I was at this place to purchase a brand new Mazda for my husband. Alex was the person who helped us to choose the best option that was fitting our budget and style. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was also very friendly and patient. Eventually, my husband decided to test other cars as well, So we didn’t buy the car that day. However, if we decided to buy Mazda, we would definitely go back to Alex who made our day with his smile. I would like to recommend this place and especially Alex to anyone who wants to have the best experience ever. Thank you Koons!

The best experience. The staff was amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful. I left confident with my 2018 Mazda. Amazing price and amazing service and it’s all thanks to them. I have not one complaint. Thank you all tremendously!

My car buying experience was nothing less then EXTRAORDINARY. An impossible situation I had been going through since December was made possible by these wonderful men at Koons (Ray, Simon and Steve aka Bobby Brown) and I am grateful that God was able to use them to assist me. I came in with the expectation of buying a cheap used vehicle and pay two car notes (my trade was totally upside down ) but Instead left with a brand spanking new shiny Ford which totally exceeded my expectations. Ray Gillespie who was referred by a good friend of mine took care of from start to finish, I mean he want ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me.  He refused to accept impossible and so did Simon and Steve. They made it happen and at an incredible rate to top it all off.   I tell everyone that will listen about my testimony. LOL  So yes I highly recommend you talk to Ray and them :)  They will hook you up!!!

I had a great car buying experience thanks to Jesus. He was patient and delivered great customer service. He stayed hours past the end of his day to make sure I was happy. He even drove to another dealership to get the color I wanted. Everyone at the dealership including the finance person was very nice, friendly and courteous, and it did not feel fake like other dealerships. It was a very relaxed environment. I knew I got a great deal because I had done my research on the car before I went to the dealership.

I am very impressed with Mike Anderson Sales Agent at Mazda Koons who really cares about every single customer. He is very excellent with quick responses and keeping in touch through texts. Very helpful in explaining everything and how it operates. All I can say my experience was excellent!!!
