I would like to convey my thanks once again to you and your team for making this sales experience a very pleasant one. I have purchased many vehicles over the past few years but I must say that this was by far the best experience.
 
This is mostly due to your quick turnaround on all the information I needed to make my decision. Your sales team, starting with Noah Greaney, and ending with Neal Hyman, helped me select the right vehicle at the right price that I was looking to purchase before end of year.

I am in the sales profession myself and I definitely know the importance of ensuring the customer has the ultimate sales experience. It is what separates us from the competitors out there.

The worst car selling service I ever had. So I was planning to buy Maserati levanter from Volvo dealership I called them and we calculated the cost of the car together including everything and the price was too high for me . Anyway they kept calling me the whole week and finally we came close to the number I am looking for. I told him I don’t have time to waste the dealership is far from my house ,I work full time and  I don’t want to come for nothing. when I end up going there ,they completely changed what they said on the phone and they literally wasted my time driving all the way from VA. I think they are a rip off and not worth to buy from after this bad experience

I was referred to them by a friend  who purchased a car . I inquired about a car they have forsale on their lot the salesman neal got back to me right away very courteous and very polite . Follow up email came from the general manager eddie sarecky i thought that was amazing !!!!! Keep up the great work hopefully i will see you guys in the future . Although my case is somewhat complex  I still felt a since of loyalty to post this comment . Thanks for your time and much efforts 😎

I needed to get a service for my s60 and Volvo Cars Silver Spring was able to accommodate my needs very quickly.   The prices were reasonable and Robert was extremely helpful and quick to update me on the status of my service.   Will be using them again!
