I went to Bob Brown Used for a vehicle I found online. I test drove the vehicle but ultimately decided to wait. It was still for sale at a lower price about 40 days later, so I called the salesman and told him I wanted to purchase. He tried to get me to pay the price listed at my first test drive. Second, I told him I had my own financing but he still called me a couple days later and asked what I needed to do for financing. Third, we finally went in to do the paperwork and he text me to wait for the finance guy when I got there. That guy came out and said I had to see the salesman first. We got through it all and it was time for delivery. Fourth complaint, the infotainment center wasn't working but instead of trying to fix it they told me to just make an appointment at a local dealership whenever I had time. On a 2015 Certified Vehicle. Fifth, today, about six weeks after purchase, the salesman called me and asked what he needed to do to earn my business and get me in a vehicle from Bob Brown. I will not be going back to this dealership.

I would like to thank the staff at Bob Brown Chevrolet for helping me purchase my new truck.  Eddie Mottet did an excellent job of working with me to help me discern the important features I wanted in selecting the right vehicle.  Eddie also worked hard to explain all the options available for financing so I could make the best decision - should I use the rebate options or the 0% interest option. I am very excited to be driving my new Silverado 1500 and hope to continue the relationship with Bob Brown Chevrolet.  Thank you from one happy customer.

I was able to stop by the collision center without an appointment to get an estimate on the recent damage to my vehicle. I got the estimate within 15-20 min. After I contacted my insurance company, they were able to communicate with Bob Brown without me being the 'middle man'. 
I was not able to get my car in for repair right away, but that was fine because the damages did not impair my car. I dropped it off on a Monday and they said it would take most of the week. I got a call Thursday late afternoon that it was ready! 
You can't even tell there was any damage to the car! I love the work they did, they released the car to me even cleaner that it was when I dropped it off. Great job!

Eddie is awesome!! He did a great job of getting us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted with no pressure, he cared!! The day after purchasing the new vehicle I had to return the spare key for the old vehicle and Eddie went out of his way to put air in all 4 tires!!  If you are looking for a new vehicle ask for Eddie!!

I emailed on a Thursday night, and got a response Friday morning. I then, inquired about a vehicle and a representative invited me to come test it out Saturday morning. We did the paperwork and boom I drove away. As simple as it could be, and they made me feel good about my purchase. They truly seemed happy for me! Love this place
