Great people. I walked in with very poor credit unable to get a car loan. Julie found a car that was on there lot and asked if I could pay cash for it. I was unable to come up with the full amount. She talked to her manager and they were able to work with me with there hard work and being true to there slogan “a deal for the people” that is spot on. They are wonderful people and will do anything in there power to get someone in a car. I know I will be back for another car. I recommend seeing Julie. Friendly smile makes you feel welcome.

Awesome place to buy a car, or, in my instance, a truck. Jared picked one truck off the lot, drove it up, I fell in loved with it. Luke went above and beyond to make sure I walked away with the truck I wanted, with payments that I was comfortable with paying. Jared, and Luke are absolutely honest,, never thought that could happen on a used car lot. I will be returning, in the future, to approvedbyjoedotcom ( :D ) I recommend everyone should at least stop and talk to these two when purchasing a car.. No Hype, No BS, just straight talk. Purchase, or walk and leave whenever you want, no pressure. ON A USED CAR LOT!!!

Just bought Dodge Charger. Had such a great experience, my wife will be buying a Ford Escape soon. Julie is great. Luke is great.

Found a vehicle I really like. Went through all the paper work financing all of that. Keep being told a "Luke" will call me back. (On day 3 here after being told we'll call you tomorrow. Many yesterdays ago). I take it they don't really want our business though because both my salesman "Pat" and this "Luke" character don't feel the need to be honest OR call me back even to say "hey we're still waiting on response we will let you know asap thank you for your time and patience!". Its Pats day off even though he said he'd call me back and apparently Luke's social life is more important than his job because again. My business doesn't seem to matter. Also for a rusty car I don't thing blue book base value is the best price, but what do I know, call my customers back.

Capital City Motor Company was supportive and helpful during our trade-in process. They were honest and kind, making sure we received the best deal possible and didn't cut any corners to make a sale. They genuinely thought about our life and what would be best for us. Would highly recommend!
