Purchased a new Discovery today and couldn't be more pleased. My salesman (Todd Speck) was attentive without the insistence you sometimes receive. My trade was fairly valued and they presented an offer that was perfectly aligned with what I wanted to spend. Their delivery specialist (Kurt Larson) gave me an overview of the car that was quick, but thorough. Not once during my drive home did I have the "What the hell does this do?" moment I've had in previous vehicles. The money man, whose name escapes me, was quick, very personable and made the experience fun. It's not often when you part with that much money and it can be described as "fun." Hand down the best purchase experience I've ever had.  (Oh, and the Discovery is pretty sweet too!) Couldn't recommend enough!

Went to the pre-owned sales and was provided their "best" sale price. Few days later went to look at the vehicle again and was ready to make an offer, but the salesman was not willing to even listen to my offer. Told him I hadn't provided an offer on my end yet and that he would be losing a sale if they didn't even listen to my offer. He said they wouldn't go down anymore, therefore, they wouldn't listen go any offer I provided.

The experience wasn't bad at first and he kept staying in touch, but as soon as I pointed something out on the vehicle he didn't seem to listen too much and when it came to the numbers it was a take it or leave it. I was very interested in the vehicle and would have liked to move forward with the sale, but I felt like my opinion didn't matter to them.

Vast selection of top-notch vehicles. Fair deals. Sean Aden is a true professional! He worked hard to put our great deal together on a new demo Volvo S60 for my wife for Christmas! Service and Accessories departments are some of the best in the business!

I was very pleased with my recent experience at Willis Auto campus. Don, as always, was at the top of his mark in taking care of the service/repair of my vehicle. I always feel I have been treated like I am the only customer they are concerned with. They are stellar at customer care in the service area!

We worked with Jessie Ballard and she did an amazing job finding us the perfect trade up. We appreciated her service along with everyone else who made our buying experience more than just buying a car! Once you buy a Cadillac you will never go back!
