Bob Evans has a menu with quite a bit of variety. Very tasty food at a good price. I absolutely love their cinnamon flavored pancakes. Food portions are also quite generous is size for many items.  Only reason it doesn't get a 5-star is the 50/50 service. Sometimes you get a friendly, attentive server who takes care of you and makes sure you have no issues. Almost just as often, however, we've gotten a server who barely acknowledges us, and doesn't check up on us at all other than to take our order and deliver the food. Never rude or terrible but at a sit-down restaurant it's nice to have staff at least check in to make sure your order is accurate or if you need a refill.

I enjoy the food and the service by Cherie every time I go to this restaurant, however I feel they need to pay more attention to the disgusting ceiling that was above my head while eating. This should be addressed ASAP as it is not appealing to the customer to have this above the food on my table. Also, I was told the carpets were just cleaned, but were not dried or deodorized properly as it smelled very musty as well.

Ordered the Avacado Veggie Bowl and the onions and potatoes were really burnt. The food was cold so I guess they just took the leftover food from the grill and put it in the container. It was horrible. Didn't eat it. It was supposed to have eggs and hash browns and they were not in the bag. The Apple Pie was undercooked and just thrown in the container.  I called the restaurant and was told the manager was on the grill but would get on the phone. 18 mins later she still didn't answer. I called right back and was told she was on the and couldn't take my call.

Close to closing and they forgot the main portion of my meal. So I paid 11 dollars for a stale biscuit and one some mashed potato’s. They can refund my meal cost but I still don’t have a filling dinner. Was supposed to be chicken noodle deep dish. Surly doesn’t live up to its name.

I order delivery from here with no problem all the time. This time they forgot to pack butter and syrup for the pancakes. I called it in and the manager sent them to my door before my pancakes were cold...  At times where service is beyond terrible everywhere and being surrounded by workers who simply don't care anymore, Christina is a great manager. Thank you for the complimentary cookie  as well...

I had steak and eggs. My wife had bacon burger. Steak was ordered medium well. It came totally well done, dry and tuff. Eggs ordered scrambled. Eggs were fried solid and cut up to resemble scrambled. The burger was ordered medium. It was also well done, tuff. Service..... Once the food came, she got my wife another ice tea, which came unsweetened wrong, never asked about my food or ever came to check on us again. She dropped off the bill and kept going. She was the only server, but she only had 2 other tables cause that was ALL that was in the restaurant. We won't be returning to this Bob Evans. Side note...... When we go to a "family" restaurant and it's just the two of us I expect to pay a reasonable price. But $3 for tea and a total bill really close to $40??? Nope, not doing it for incorrect food and lousy service too.

This evening was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had at this Bob Evans! For starters my husband and I stood for at least five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us standing there. We sat forever before a server came to take our order. My husband ordered coffee no cream or sugar was on the table another five minutes before our drinks came. We both ordered full dinners. My soup came out cold, my husband ordered the honey chicken whoever cooked this chicken did not know how to cook!! It was almost black it was so overcooked!! My steak dinner the entire dinner was cold!! No steak knife was ever brought to me. After sitting for at least 25 minutes my husband could not even eat his dinner. For the honey biscuit chicken dinner no biscuit ever came to the table!! We have come to this location forever, it was an absolute disaster! Management needs to look into this location as of right now we will never be back!!!!

I had high hopes after the amazing experience i had at at a Bob Evans in Cleveland Ohio. This one disappointed me to the fullest. Waited an hour plus for my food, my peach tea tasted like regular smegular unsweetened tea. My waitress was a sweetheart but she was an older lady and  struggled trying to over compensate for a slow kitchen and subpar food.

I must say I did not like it  my waitress was really nice though but the food was not something I liked.  I ordered an omelet with pancakes. Pancakes were hard and the omelet wasn’t tasteful. I did however love the cinnamon biscuits I do believe they are called that. Oh my, it was so good.  Yea but it’s a no for me.

The food is literally so delicious and affordable. I love eating here, plus the portions are awesome. This is one of my favourite spots. The thanks giving dinner is totally worth it.
