This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a pretty long while… The manager was very grumpy and he continuously used the word “no”which is not a good customer service practice. He wasn’t even checking to see if he had the things in stock that we were asking for; he just completely shut down about every request that we made. Not only that, but my legs were sticking to the booth seat because of how hot it was in the restaurant due to the AC being off. This is Florida, and it’s very important that the AC is working properly and that your workers are working properly as well. Also it would be a good idea to make sure that the stores are stocked well because I was expecting barbecue sauce with my barbecue chicken and was deeply disappointed that they didn’t have any. I will not be returning to this location.
Never again worker coughed in her hand no gloves and continued too serve food too a customer without washing hands and keeps scratching here .they are rude my husbands chicken was leg and thigh he just got leg saying that is leg and thigh I always eat In Boston market never got food served so poorly and they forgot to give me the cornbread and had the nerve too tell me to leave . Which I didn’t I continue eating. I will never come here it’s disgusting very poor management. They need a whole new staff 0 stars I will be praying for you all too get your store together properly
I'm not sure if anyone will see this, but you had a good crew working there Saturday night 11/12/22. They jumped right in to help a new employee. They were all very nice, and you could see they were trying to be a team. They got a little busy and nobody got frustrated, they just did the work. I'd hire any of them any day.
The food wasn't great but that's not a reflection of this establishment in particular. On the whole, Boston Market has always been hit or miss. It's either the best I've had or just ok. Good sized portions, friendly staff, prompt to go order pick up. I've always wondered how they stay in business though. The parking lot at any Boston Market is usually so empty I'm wondering if they're even open. Are they a government front? Is it a secret headquarters? I often wonder about it. The mac and cheese is always a banger.
After ordering on door dash and having the worst experience ever with another location. I went in to pick up dinner very close to closing time and the entire staff was awesome and more than accommodating! Especially with the shortage of chicken they’ve had lately. I got meatloaf and Turkey and everything was hot and fresh and packaged up with a smile. Will be back to see those friendly faces soon! Thanks guys
Waited an hour for delivery order- wasted my time in three different Uber drivers because the food wasn’t ready after an hour, then they canceled. The food is mediocre to begin with but terrible customer service means I won’t be back. This has happened every time I’ve attempted to order through Uber.
Customer service was absolutely awful! The girl that took our order was really nasty, unpleasant, rude, and seemed like she was bothered and didn'twant to be there. I went with my mom for Thanksgiving and my mom and it was the worst experience we have ever had. The customer service was the same for all patrons coming in for Thanksgiving - this is not how anyone should be treated! This should be reported to ABC News. Never go there again!
Ok food... Protein portions are small!!! Ordered 1/4 cken meal and the chicken breast was like a cornish hen breast at best... and paid $14.40 with a drink!Food: 3/5
The food might have been better had I gotten to eat it hot, But I had to drive back to get an item that they forgot to give me. Wasted time and gas for one product. But Hey I did get an "I'm sorry"Food: 3/5
Food is healthier than other places. Cooked well and tasty! Sign up there are great coupons often.Food: 5/5
