Originally, the diagnosis was that we should have a pipe installed from the washer drain pipe to the main sewer line, costing $750+. While the
techs (Jason & Ion(sp?) were just about to install the pipe, my wife flushed the stool upstairs which caused a gurgling sound from the washer pipe. The guys decided that they would try flushing the sewer main line first before installing the pipe. It turned out that it was the main line that was restricted in flow that caused the backup in the washer drain pipe. The guys could have just ignored the gurgling sound and installed the pipe and we would have had the same main line problem. Instead of paying a large sum, they were honest enough to do the less expensive route. We would like to commend their honesty and professionalism and a great big THANK YOU from our bank account! We would do more business with them without a doubt!

We have used them for 16 years.  They are always prompt, thorough, courteous and spend the time to get the job done.  We have only had one issue in 16 years and they worked extra hard to find the problem and fix it.  This was a routine spring adjustment for the AC and completed on time.  Small leak was found and fixed, so hopefully that will prevent long term problems.  Would highly recommend them.  Josh did a great job.

Every technician has been trustworthy, friendly, professional. Thank you for your great service these last several years. And tell Clint my dog Reuben especially enjoyed the attention! It is definitely not the norm for me to feel comfortable leaving my 92 year old mother to handle service calls on her own. No hesitation with KB!

KB rewired our 80+ year old house.  The were here steadily for two weeks and got the job done as promised.  The team Casey, JJ and Kelly were always on time, on task, professional, considerate and personable.  Same goes for Mike and Derrick who were here just part of the time.  This was a big project for us and they made it as painless as possible.  They answered my questions, made good suggestions and cleaned up after themselves!

I have used KB for heating, cooling and plumbing for 25+ years and have always had a good experience.  They are my first and only call when I have an issue.
