I want to thank Mission Plumbing for such quick and confident service.
 
I called you because you installed my heat pump  in my new house in, 2009. When I called your office to have the heat pump checked out I was told  Bryan S. would be coming just as soon as he finished his last appointment.  Shortly, after this Bryan came and went right to work
and deterred the main motor  was not working at all and would need replacing.  There was a motor already on the truck which fit the heat 
pump, without going after one.  He installed the new motor and had the unit up and running like new in reasonable amount of  time. I have much respect for a technician who has such  knowledge about what he is doing.   Bryan S. is a real professional.

If I have any further problems with my heat pump, I will call Mission PHC and ask for Bryan S.

I'll request Bryan S. again if I need service on my heat pump.

I appreciate the quick response from Mission Plumbing and excellent professional service preformed by Bryan S.

Mission plumbing heating and cooling installed a new AC unit, thermostat and new filter. They did a great job! They were friendly and quick.  Gary showed me how to change the new filter quickly and all the work they did to update our lines. Thanks for the GREAT work!

Mike Carter from Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling from the start was very professional, personable, paid attention to detail and provided great customer service.  Mike helped installed a 40 gallon water heater tank and explained to me what the game plan was and answered any of my questions/concerns.  Mike made the necessary additions whether it be installing additional piping, knobs, etc to making sure everything was in working order before he left.  I definitely would recommend Mike Carter and hopefully I will be working with him on future projects.  Thanks for all you do Mike Carter!!

Jeff came out on the same day as called and was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix our issues as well as instruct me how to make a few other smaller repairs that weren't asked for that were noticed when the appointment was scheduled. This was by far the best service I have ever received for plumbing related issues and Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling will now be my only service I use for plumbing issues.

Very knowledgeable and professional. answered all questions. got to give shout out to all the techs Brandon F, Kyle G, Chad M. and Tom T. Installed new furnace Ac and hot water heater looks awesome and all working great Thanks guys Will be using you from now on
