Logan Garrett is the BEST service manager I have ever worked with, by far. He always takes care of me, keeps me informed, lets me know the options, works with me to find the best deal, and provides the best customer service I've ever received at a car dealership. I only deal with him and specifically only make appointments on days he is scheduled - I recommend him 100%! As long as he still works there and I still have my Honda Fit (which I LOVE), I will always come back here for service because Logan is so great!

UPDATE: Bob Howard contacted me and replaced my car battery for free! I was treated fantastic. Not only was my battery replaced for free, they took the time to answer all of my questions. I cannot thank them enough for replacing the battery and offering great customer service. I have a 2014 Honda Accord purchased from Bob Howard Edmond. My buying experience was fine, no complaints. However, the repair part of the the dealership has been less pleasant. Over the weekend, my car battery died and I had to replace it with a battery from an auto-parts store. I was out of town and this auto-parts store was the only option. The next day I called Bob Howard to inquire about my 100 month warranty battery that had died. I was told the 100 month warranty is only if I purchased the physical battery. My car is 2014 and only has 36k miles, so this battery came with the car. This battery should not have died after 3 years....especially if it's advertising for 100 months! The man I spoke with was rude and seemed annoyed I was calling about the battery. Better customer service would do this place wonders.

I brought my Honda to Logan Garrett to have a warranty issue resolved. Logan was super friendly and professional. He worked around my never-ending-changing schedule and did so with a smile. When I was finally able to get my car in, the service was completed in a much shorter time than I expected, and everything was put back together correctly. Logan did exactly what he told me he would, and I appreciate that. I will definitely bring my car back to Logan the next time I need to. Service like that is almost unheard of these days. Thank you, Logan!

Aaron: Words, alone could never express my, and my family's, appreciation for all you did for us in the purchase of the 2004 Chrysler Sebring. As you know, it's my Granddaughter's first car. The salesman, Tom Barnett, Service Manager: Tito, and you went above and beyond the norm to make this car just right for her. Your personal concern and the "extra mile" expenditures to make sure the car was mechanically sound and operating correctly are greatly appreciated. The service department did an efficient and professional job on the repairs. You made our experience at Bob Howard Honda a pleasure. When members of our family are in the market for a car, you can be assured Bob Howard Honda is definitely our FIRST STOP!

I took my car in for an oil leak 5 times with 2 overnight stays. The oil leak was never fixed but at each visit I was given a list of many other "issues" that they needed to fix in the thousands of dollars. I was charged hundreds of dollars for parts and service for the oil leak that was never fixed. I went to another Honda dealer in Lawton and they fixed it on the first try, they also looked at the parts Bob Howard suggested for repair and said no further work was needed on my car. I went back to Bob Howard to speak with a manager and he said he would give me half the money back for the trouble and the services that did not fix my car's problem. I have never received the refund and I spoke with him 2 months ago. I chose to go to a Honda dealer because I thought a mechanic that specializes in Honda repairs would fix the problem quickly. I will not take my car back here if I ever need another repair.
