Wonderful Time! Sterling and Malachi were excellent salesmen. They were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is so much nicer than other dealerships we visited. More professional. We bought a Lincoln MTZ and so far love it. The customer service is terrific. Bob in fiance was very direct and helpful, not pushy. Such a nice experience buying this car.

After a horrible experience at a different dealership on Saturday I came to Joe Cooper of Edmond. Juan and Emma were beyond helpful through the whole process! They made everything so easy and rexlaed and got us into a great family car for a great price! I will definitely recommend people to come see Juan to buy a car! Thank you for all of your help, it is much appreciated!

Thus far, I've had a terrible experience here. The F&I manager apparently is too busy to call and explain to me the rates and how he arrived at the numbers he did, and why there's a discrepancy between the payment he quoted, and the payment I've received from in every interest calculator I've used---not that I'm a payment buyer. I really don't care so much about the payment. But if the payment is higher than it should be for the given APR, down payment, term and principal, then something isn't right; someone is either lying to my face or withholding information. Like that there's some sort of four-figure origination fee, which I would never pay a lender. I'm not desperate. And even though said F&I manager can't be bothered to call with that information, I'm supposed to just mosey on over there with a cashier's check for several thousand dollars; that's what they've asked me to do a few times today. For what? Where is that money going? I've also had two managers get belligerent with me over the phone and in person, and the latest salesman hung up the phone on me twice when I explained that I would not waste my time going back to the dealership until I heard back from the F&I manager, since allegedly no one on the sales side is "bonded to discuss financial information for privacy reasons." Yet they'll ask up-front how much you make, whether you've had any sort of previous auto loan and what sort of payment you're looking for. More lies. Overall, these people do not seem like they wish to sell cars, and I will certainly take that into consideration when I take my business elsewhere.

Daughter urgently needs a used car. Researched online and found three cars here. Corresponded online with "sales". Before leaving to go to the dealership, she emailed to make sure cars were there and received confirmation that they were. Arrived at the dealership in 20 minutes and the cars could not be found. What a scam and false advertising. Such a disappointment, though I had heard this of Joe Cooper, just did not believe it. I will be looking for every online review sources in order to warn others of spending time researching online and believing "sales", as well as the BBB.

A deplorable experience, especially for a "luxury" brand. The sales staff is dismissive and has to be reminded multiple times of outstanding items promised in writing when the car was purchased. I have never witnessed such an ordeal just to purchase a vehicle. The sales and service experience was much smoother when it was Reynolds Lincoln. The new ownership was able to assume the positive reviews of the previous owners, so be sure to check the dates on the reviews when making your decision to shop here.
