My husband and I bought a car from this dealer on March 8, 2017.  Bobby Villegas, the salesman we worked with was very easy to work with and we felt that he was also very transparent.  We knew that the car we had come to look at was priced competitively and this made negotiations simple enough.  Although, the price was not as negotiable as we would have liked, Bobby did his best to ensure we were getting a great deal.  Bobby was also very knowledgeable about the car, the test drive was like none we had ever been on before as he was trying to ensure we knew all of the capabilities of the car.  As we were leaving, Bobby again went over all of the cars capabilities with us, even syncing my phone to the car, and made sure we had no questions at that time.  I would recommend this dealer and specifically Bobby to anyone who is in the market for a new car!

The finance team was also great to work with, financing through a dealership is always a headache, but I felt this team did their best to make it as easy as possible.

I'll start out by saying that I usually shy away from dealerships because frankly, I think most dealers/sales associates are terrible to interact with. My wife and I went to Bob Moore Mazda on Saturday and we were immediately greeted by Lance. Lance was perfect - He treated us with respect through the whole process and most importantly, he made sure we were taken care of throughout the sale and into the following day. We appreciated his soft-spoken/easy going demeanor; it helped us feel like we weren't being bullied into a vehicle or being swindled.

edit* I also want to add that the finance department staff (I forget the gentleman's name) was great as well.

Everyone here is very friendly. Jimmy the car salesman is wonderful and a joy to talk with. AJ the finance manager is very personable and very friendly guy. We enjoyed our experience here. This is our 2nd purchase with this dealership.  They can really make deals happen. Mazda is the way to go!!

UPDATE:

What a performance! My service manager work with my insurance company and got me a rental for the duration of the repair. It's a care of everything and when I got my car back it was like it was brand-new, and the only evidence of the incident with the scratch on the glove box.

I was so impressed and the fact that when it was time for me to buy a new vehicle I came right back to Mazda and purchased another one. They absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me after all this happened and I would also highly recommend this place. But I might not leave my car there overnight.

My car was vandalized and my stereo stolen. 

Left my car there to get worked on over night.  That same night my vehicle was vandalized and the stereo stolen.  It was the ONLY vehicle on the lot that was vandalized.  With a dozen cars parked outside for repair mine was the only target.  Did my car get scouted by a mechanic?  Was it an inside job?  I guess I"ll never know. 

They claim no responsibility.  There are no video cameras.  They gave me a loaner vehicle for the engine work being done but who knows if they will let me keep it while my door, dash, and stereo are replaced. 

I'll update when I know more.

Don't ever go there. They will charge $150 for walking in the door. On top, their service is super bad, very slow, customer respect is nonexistent. Dont waste your time, money and energy dealing with such people.

You are liars by nature. You have my contact information and you called me a week later to talk about my review. Guess what, I don't wish to talk to you and I am not the only one who is speaking about their bad experience at your dealership. I am willing to upload my receipt on this review post to prove that you are not speaking the truth.
