Update: March 3, the issue has been resolved! After my review, Josh and Logan were very helpful with the whole process and I'm happy to move on now! Thank you for being professional in your response. It was very much appreciated.

I had to take in my newly purchased car twice within the first month because the service center member refused to listen to my complaints about the alignment being off. The second time I brought it in, they had a mechanic look at it and he was able to easily fix the problem. The team member refused to admit that he was wrong and said that "the mechanic didn't blame me for not noticing something like that". I also told him during my first visit that my brakes started making sounds when I was reversing and he told me not to worry about it unless it begins to happen when I am going forward. By my second visit it was constantly making sounds when I braked going forward and backwards and he informed me that there was nothing they could do because CarMax only cares about if the brakes work properly, not "cosmetic" issues. So everyday I am stuck listening to my car squeal as I brake. I will never recommend someone buying a car from here solely because of the service I received from the service department.

Very smooth process, will shop here again next time I buy a car. There was a mistake in the ad for the car I had transferred, but it was still a great deal and they refunded the transfer fee to make it right. Overall a great car buying experience without the usual hassles.

We bought a wonderful 2014 Buick Enclave. Not the color I wanted, but that one was shipped to TX.

The buyer experience is wonderful here. Great staff. Easy process. No hassles.  They are very open to move inventory and let you test drive anything. And with such inventory as they have, it's easy to find the right vehicle at the right price. 

They lose a star here on two criteria: Financing and Trade-in.  Now, to be fair, the trade in was a bit less than a standard dealership. However, my 2013 Cruze sold private party in 3 days for $2500 more than their estimate. I recommend selling yourself.

Secondly, finance was terrible.  They offered 8 % when I have good credit. A call to Bank of America with the VIN got me down to 2.85 %.

So caution on finance and Trade-in.  Otherwise, this is the way to go!

I'm the process was so amazingly easy. I was so worried about my credit I almost didn't reach out to them but the rep. jaqulin handled everything. She showed me cars via email, we talked over the phone, everything was done by the time I walked in. Income in to test drive a car, loved it, & drove away! It really was that easy. If you would have told me I would be in a 2016 with only 15k miles I would have called you crazy. I'm over the moon happy with CarMax.

I bought a Jeep Patriot 2016 with less than 11,000 miles on it for around $14000. My experience was amazing. The selection of vehicles was very good. The cars were clean. My sales person, Andrea, did all that she could to make sure I was treated fairly and honestly. 

I was VERY happy with my experience. They offer additional products such as bumper to bumper warranties with easy financing. It turned the nightmare of buying a used car into a pleasurable experience. No greasy comb-overs or "listen here sweetheart". Very nice!!
