Entering the sales floor was great and was greeted by 3 people including the GM.  They will follow exactly everything that you asked for in a car so be careful what you ask for.  I wanted a Murano with remote start and I did!  They’re great at making deals work within reason and very thorough with vehicle functionality at delivery.  The car after delivery was fair but process could use some improvements in car cleanliness.  It’s a brand new car so it should be close to spotless.  In the end, they resolved my discrepancies.  Thanks Nick, Ray, Will, Jeff L, and other Jeff.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I have always serviced my vehicle here and up until this past year the service has become horrendous. I had a routine oil change done and they didn't even tighten the oil plug all of the way. My car was leaking oil as a result. Then I took my car in for a diagnostic and was told that I needed to replace brakes and rotors in the front (quoted at $550). I just did an oil change at that time and when I picked it up, my 27 point inspection noted that my brakes were in perfect condition! I called to speak with a manager the next morning and was given the run around by the service assistant manager, Jeremiah. He told me replacing the brakes was more of a "convenience". Convenient FOR WHO?! SO not impressed. I will not be taken advantage of just because I'm a young woman. I will NEVER come back and I will be telling everyone I know about my LAST experience here.

I loved the customer service during my visit from Mr.Jones. I felt very welcome and I got my questions answered right away.He helped me understand everything a little easier. I definitely will be back for a vehicle soon.

Excellent Service...Service Manager, Vince greeted me by name.  I could not have had better service. I not only take my Pathfinder toNissan of Kenosha, but I also have my Honda Accord serviced here.

Service at Bob Rohrman Nissan is always a pleasure.  They do a great job and if for any reason something isn’t done right they will do whatever it takes to make it right.
