My fiancee' and I were out looking for a new car and just happened to come across the website. It was so easy to use ! We found our new car quickly, drove down to the convenient location, and drove away with our new vehicle a few days after that. Jerry our salesman was terrific as has everyone there. I purchased my second vehicle from CarMax in years on 10/18. The first purchase two years ago was hassle free. That is why I chose to purchase my next vehicle from CarMax. When I went to purchase this vehicle there were the typical obstacles and processes,  however this time it was categorically different.  I worked with sales man Steve Pecen. Steve would not permit me to test drive the vehicle until i had financing lined. Once the financing was lined up Steve changed the terms of the sale when I declined the extended service contract. I did have to contact their corporate headquarters. Their corporate headquarters was able to solve the issues Steve had created throughout the process. I did end up purchasing my vehicle from CarMax. Was is hassle free? No. Was it worth the hassle? Only time can tell. I would like to hope this is an issue with this location or even this individual.

My husband and I have shared one vehicle for ten years, I am I four time returning customer! 

Charlie is the best!! He is informative, friendly, warm, very diligent and went above and beyond with my husband and I to find us our new car! We’re elated with our new purchase!

My experience was awesome here.  The woman who helped me was Christine and I would definitely recommend her.  I am so happy with my purchase and will buy from them again in the future.

Worked with Wayne, he was friendly, laid back, and easy to talk to. The whole experience was very smooth and easy and I am very happy with my new car. Very professional dealership.
