When I bought my first Subaru, I was informed that, periodically, the company would offer a newer product to its owners, as the market for cars with "prior experience" is very real. Well, this did come true - Subaru was offering an amazing 0% interest on a completely new 2018 model with the trade-in of my 3 year old model. My sales person, Lori, explained most of the many questions I had; the questions dealing with the finer aspects of the financing were expertly answered by Derek. It is nice to be able to feel that your needs for a vehicle are recognized, as well as your desires. It is also wonderful to not feel railroaded into a decision nor pressured into a vehicle choice which may be extending beyond your financial reach or giving you "bells and whistles" which you don't feel are necessary.

I have purchased one vehicle and this is my second leased vehicle. This was the smoothest tranasaction I’ve had yet working with Joe A. At Kenosha Subaru. I let them him know what my bottom line was and he made it happen. He let me know every step of the way what was going on when we were working on the final deal and he helped me pick out the perfect vehicle! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions. I requested that a remote starter be added to my vehicle and he made sure that happened as well. I would highly recommend Joe A. At Kenosha Subaru. Awesome experience all around! Thanks Joe!

I was pleased with the service. I was greeted by a smiling face, who got me checked in and showed me to the waiting room where there was a coffee bar with stools, and comfortable chairs for watching the TV.  The restroom was there too, and they have a play room for the youngsters. They said it would take about an hour and a half for the repair of my car. The it took was actually a little bit less by a few minutes. When the car was finished the service writer came to me with the paperwork and explained up coming services that I will need in the near future.

From the test drive to signing the papers, working with Kenosha Subaru was a great experience. Ben our salesman did a great job showing us exactly what we were looking for and getting us the best deal we could find. Derek made the signing process as painless and as transparent as possible. I will be coming back for service and I will be coming back for my next Subaru.
