I had the most amazing experience in picking out living room furniture. Mike was extremely attentive and helpful. He took me right away and listened to what I wanted. He walked me through the options. No pressure was given. He told me exactly what I needed to know. He allowed me to think things thoroughly, while also offering refreshments. Overall, a calm and great experience! Thank you mike!!!

Went into Bobs today on Central Ave and had the best furniture purchasing experience I've ever had. The salesman's name was Mike M. He was warm, respectful, funny and knowledgeable. Felt like I knew him for years. What was best about him is that he didn't do to me what most commission salesppl do and that is put pressure or act pushy. He took me straight to the sofas and recliners that best suited my wife and I cause we have neck issues and couches that were not leather but could hold up well to animals. I've been to other big name furniture stores that turned me off to shopping and took the fun outta it. I highly recommend Bob's after today and especially asking for Mike M.

I just started my search in furnishing my entire home. I came in with my aunt and 2 little cousins and was promptly greeted by Mike. He is amazing. The kids were maniacs, but Mike was wonderful with them while meticulously navigating us through the showroom. No pressure, great attitude, amazing service. Though I did not purchase anything today, I have some great options to consider, and will most likely be contacting Mike soon to make a purchase.

I've had the best experience in the Yonkers store. Cynthia was amazing with her selling skills. I came to get a mattress and she was very professional and patience. She didn't rush me and explained the benefits on each mattress. She is definitely the best! If you are going to the bobs in Yonkers, go see Cynthia. She is great!!

Was very pleased with the customer service at Bob’s in Yonkers this past weekend all of the staff were so kind especially my sales associate Mike M. He was very informative and so very helpful in assuring I picked the right furniture for my families comfort style. Thank you Mike for being so attentive. You made furniture shopping smooth❤️
