Horrible customer service. I rather go to family dollar than go to elite furniture. The manager Nofal, he promises and promises and promises and promises and nothing gets done...., it’s been 6 months or more, then they come with the wrong piece. Beware!!!! Do not go to Elite Furniture. And, I’m taking my star back.

DO NOT----I REPEAT DO NOT waste your money buying anything from this store. I bought a very expensive custom couch from them and if I could show you the looks of it now, 4 years later, you would literally cry! When I bought this couch I also bought a warranty as it was "suggested" by the salesman and was told "it was better to be safer than sorry". Fast forward, the warranty company is magically out of business. I have been going back and forth with elite furniture and they won't do a thing for me! I am now in the middle of litigation just so I could have them repair a shoddy product they told me and lied to me about. They told me that the leather on the sofa was way 100 percent real and come to find out, when I contacted the manufacturer I was told that the leather is not real throughout and that elite furniture should have never misinformed me of such. Had I known this I never in my right mind would have purchased a $6,000.00 sofa that now looks like it has been attacked by a tiger! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I don't know how they're still opened in business.

The worst people and costumer service ever. I would give minus 10 stars. The manager is the worst person ever dealt with and the store should be shut down because they lie and they take people’s money.
