Some of the staff is really nice and helpful. But most of them are NOT! Once my husband and I went to the store to buy a stroller, the staff who is one of the store managers talked to us like we were dingdongs. She was so rude and impatient that I had to ask her POLITELY if she was busy we could ask other people for help. The other time, I ordered a piece of furniture there. The receipt says to wait for 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I still hadnt heard anything. I called the store, the staff assured me the furniture was not there and they didn't know when it would be ready. I waited for another 10 days still no news so I went there. The staff claimed that they emailed me weeks ago to tell me the furniture was ready. I pulled up email right in front of them and of course there is NOT that email. When I asked for an explanation the person simply said it was not her fault...I am no sales person but I probably can treat customers better than she! Finally a store manager gave me a 10% off on that furniture. But I am just amazed how unhelpful the staff is! Too bad there r not many other choices for babies' stuff.

The store has good items but the customer service experience is aweful! One time, my wife and I went to this store to purchase ONE car seat and TWO bases. This is how I explained it to the Sales-Person but he was unable to understand it and instead kept correcting us that we needed two car seats. After 10 minutes, he finally understood and insisted that he was right all along and that we mispoke!

At another occasion, I payed for delivery service. Weeks after, I never obtained the item and so I went to the store to complain. Even though I payed for delivery, they had never set it up weeks before! They were trying to convince me that it was my mistake when it was clearly not! So I spoke to the manager about THEIR negligence. She then told one of the workers to set up a new delivery date. What does the worker do? Taking her time, playing on her phone,  and chit chatting with others. After 30 minutes of waiting, she finally set up a delivery date!

Overall this store has good items but unprofessional staff!

A nice sized baby store, with a good selection of higher end products as well as your standard brands. Check out can be extremely slow. Be prepared.
