I have had all my service work done here for years. This is a great place to not only service your vehicles but to also purchase them. All of the techs are great, they will take you in the back if necessary to show or explain something to you before they do something. The sales department is wonderful and the salesman that sits at the middle desk will go anywhere or do anything to help his customers get the deal they need if at all feasible. The sales and finance manager was very easy to work with and really knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend Bobilya Chrysler to anyone looking for service, an oil change (no appointment needed) or if in need of a different vehicle.

Bought a Jeep Trailhawk from Sean.  Great guy to work with and an ultimate pro.  I felt he got us a great deal and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy.  When we got home, we realize there was no owner's manual in the jeep.  Contacted Sean and he replied back right away and said he'll get one sent to our house.   Hopefully it comes soon!  :)

Wow what an experience!  I live in Grand Haven and had negotiated a deal on a new Grand Cherokee with a large dealer in Grand Rapids (that I have purchased 3 vehicles in past).  After the "best" possible deal that I could get I decided to contact another dealer just to make sure I was getting a good deal.  My neighbor told me to just give Bobilya Chrysler a call and I wouldnt regret it.  He was right.  Bobilya gave me 2000.00 more for my trade and gave me an interest rate that was 2 points lower than what I was getting from Grand Rapids.  So, I contacted my Grand Rapids dealer and told him what Bobilya was going to do for me and I was told that if I went to Coldwater I would never get the deal that I was promised because "it was too good to be true" on the phone.  I decided to make the 2 hour drive to see for myself.  I called Tom at Bobilya and told him I was heading that way and I was going to take their deal.  When I arrived my new vehicle was parked right in front and all my paperwork was already printed.  I signed everything and was out in less than 15 min.  That was a first.  The owner also greeted me and thanked me for making the trip to his dealership.  He has made a lifetime customer out of me.  This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had.

I was traveling on business and had some issues with my vehicle. They got it fixed very quickly and got me back on the road. Excellent service department!
