In searching for Impalas online I came across one they had for sale. I purchased a vehicle from them 03/2016. I live 75 miles away in Indiana and they made the purchase as smooth as possible for me. We did all of the paperwork we could through fax/email and finished the rest upon pick up. They were fair with the price and what they were willing to give me for my 99 Saturn trade-in compared to the values of the vehicles. There was a little issue of a warning light that came on during my test drive, but I was planning to be on my way to Wisconsin for the weekend right from picking up the vehicle. They assured me that it was nothing where I couldn't drive it and told me to bring it back and they would make sure it's fixed, which they did and I haven't had an issue since. They went out of their way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I will definitely be looking to them next time I am car shopping!

This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I called about the car since it was almost 100 miles from home. They assured me it was in fine original condition. Since I had been in Marshall many times, I thought I was dealing with honest people. They mislead me in every possible manner. I realize I was operating a lot on trust and that was a major mistake. I realize it was my fault to assume that people in Marshall would be pretty honest and I was so wrong. It is a real mistake to take these people at their word. They had to know that they were tricking people and just looking for someone like me who would take them at their word. Be very very  careful if you choose to deal with them. I chose to trust them and they clearly put it over on me big time.

They guys were very helpful. They explained how the price on the window works for both of us!  We paid just what they had posted!
