Going there is like stepping foot in a smoking lounge, salesmen service techs etc. smoking in the public areas.  Dropped of a vehicle for service and asked for a courtesy call on any additional maintenance the vehicle required and never received it, tried calling 5 Times and spent an average of of 20 minutes on hold each time, finally gave up. Once I did get a hold of someone they took a message and it was never returned, I had to travel to the dealership to personally request and update to which I could not get an immediate answer.

This was my go to dealership for services on my fleet.. sadly since the change in management customers service has dropped dramatically.

At first I was very upset with service. The service manager worked with me in a professional manner which I was the very happy. 😊

Looked online for a car. Found one at there dealership called and asked to check if it was automatic or stick website wasnt clear. They said Auto like i wanted and i said ill be there as soon as possible to look at it. Got there and they said that 30min ago it was sent to auction! I was going to buy the car as long as it looked good. Instead said they had one for more money... No sorry thats not right
