Bond endures. Bought an engagement ring here, and couldn't be happier with the overall experience--and price. Everyone is great, but we worked with Betty, who has been there over 20 years. I went in with no idea what I wanted and came out feeling confident with the selection and on top of the world. Bond has stayed very traditional--and they're great at it. If you're looking for edgy stuff, this may not be your place. But if you want quality and a company that stands behind it, you won't be disappointed.

If I could give Bond Jewelers '0' starts, I would. This place is downright shady. Unfortunately, I did not find that out until after spending several thousand dollars on an engagement ring. When shopping for a major purchase, I encourage you to shop around and there is nothing wrong with looking at Bonds - but buyers beware: 1) The will try to sell you on a 'Signature Cut'. Usually this is an inferior diamond that the store has had specially cut with extra facets to give it the appearance of more luster. These cuts are all about increasing the margin for Bond and do little to nothing to enhance the appraised or re-sale value. 2) They will do anything - and I mean ANYTHING to sell you a ring in their showroom. Even if re-sizing the ring totally voids the manufacturer warranty and completely jeopardizes the structural integrity of the ring. Whatever you do - do not let the size down a NEW ring. Order the size that fits or send it back to the manufacturer and have it done right. Do not let them size a NEW designer ring under any circumstances! 3) After they pull #1 and #2 above and you realize they have sold you garbage, they also fail to honor their 'Trade in Policy'. This place is an absolute scam, but don't take my word for it. Do you due diligence when buying. Talk to other people about their experience, read reviews, and talk to other jewelers about the points I make above. I can almost guarantee you will have a better buying experience anywhere else!

i broke down in there parking lot the lady inside came out asked if we need anything and gave us bottle water if they will do that to some one broke down you know they are great inside i will buy all my jewelry from them from now on thanks you guys rock

When the jeweler is on vacation they have no way to do warranty work.
